Food & Beverages

All food and beverage sales are final for food safety and quality reasons. If an item is defective, damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with proof of purchase so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Gifts, Souvenirs & Non-Food Merchandise

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags where applicable.

Personalized, custom, and special-order items are final sale, except as required by law.

Alcohol

Guests must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required, and we reserve the right to refuse an alcohol sale when age or identification cannot be verified.

Alcohol sales are final. If you believe an alcoholic beverage is damaged, defective, or otherwise has a product-quality issue, please contact Qvevri Market so we can review the matter in accordance with applicable Texas law and TABC requirements.
