Beef Pelmeni with Butter & Sour Cream

Traditional pelmeni served with butter, fresh dill and sour cream

The simplest way to serve pelmeni is also the most traditional: boiled, with butter, a spoon of sour cream, and fresh herbs. Many families add a splash of vinegar or a little mustard. Beef pelmeni are rich and satisfying on their own, so the sides stay light.
